Personal information we process about you if you are a member, customer or have a business relationship with us.

If you have a business relationship with us, we only process ordinary personal information, and no sensitive personal information. The information we process is intended to provide individual service, just as we process the information necessary to be able to offer or solve tasks. This information includes name, email, phone number, product interests and notes in relation to professional dialogue. The information is stored in our CRM system and financial system, which is also subject to the GDPR. We only store and use your personal information if we have a factual and legitimate purpose for the processing. Information is used for contact by telephone or e-mail and to provide relevant service.

Personal information we process about you if you are the respondent in a survey.

If you are a respondent or a member of a respondent panel, we usually only process ordinary personal information. In cases where sensitive personal information is processed, specific permission is obtained from the Danish Data Protection Agency. The normal personal information included in surveys or panels may include name, email, telephone, age, gender, education, job situation, type of housing, consumption habits or similar, normal data. This information is used for targeting surveys, resp. for subsequent statistical analysis. Unless otherwise agreed with you as the respondent, your answers and your data will always be processed in an anonymous and statistical manner. When we collect information for panels or in connection with surveys, it is done exclusively through systems that comply with the GDPR and with whom we have a written data processor agreement. In cases where we store personal information offline, it is done in a specially protected area of ​​our server, which only specially selected people have access to. We only store personal information in connection with investigations and panels if we have a legitimate purpose for the processing.

Marketing (emails, phone, social media).

We only send emails with marketing content to individuals who have pre-registered for this and given their consent. In all emails with marketing content, you have the opportunity to indicate if you no longer wish to receive marketing material via e-mail, either as stated in the specific emails you receive, or by sending a message to where you refuse receiving email marketing. If you are a customer of ours and have provided us with your email address, we may send you emails with marketing content without your consent if our inquiry is about the products and services, or similar products and services, you or your company have bought from us.
